Delivering furniture to you since 1987, we are always thinking of new ways to serve you better. Here at Renaud’s we understand how important and valuable your time is. Our Delivery team regularly arrive at your destination in the 2 hour scheduled window.
Our Team of Top Quality delivery men ensure that things will arrive with showroom quality in a timely fashion. To learn more about the services and pricing we provide, please take a few minutes to review our policies.
Our services are available Monday to Friday Between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM
- All invoices must be paid IN Full before delivery, cheques and or cash payments are not accepted at residence.
- The delivery team cannot accept any form of payment for additional delivery services requested by customer.
- Prior to the scheduled delivery to ensure the safety of staff, we advise customers to please provide a clean and accessible passage to the drop off location of your choice.
- To ensure efficient and timely drop offs please arrange to be home or have a responsible adult to be present to sign and accept delivery.
- All delivered items include merchandise on the bill of sale to one address as specified.
In Home Delivery Guidelines
- We cannot take specific time appointments or requests.
- Upon request we will contact the customer 30 minutes before arrival to meet us at the home.
- We ask that the residence home must be safe to enter, construction and/or remodeling completed with a driveway that is passable.
- Our delivery team is restricted from moving any electronic equipment or existing furniture already in the home.
- For room of choice delivery, please remove old furniture and clear pathways to ensure unobstructed access.
Store and Warehouse Pick Up
We strive for our customers to have immediate access and prompt service when picking up purchased merchandise at our store warehouse and showroom location.
- Our operating hours of our warehouse are in sync with our store hours for easy and stress free shopping experience.
- It is the customers responsibility for the safety of your items. Before leaving, insure your load is secure and safe.
- For the quickest pick up please bring an appropriate size vehicle for your purchase.

Delivery Pricing and Services Provided
One Man Drop Off $19.95 Leaving the purchased product packaged in outdoor location of your choice (IE: garage porch or driveway).
Two Man Deluxe Delivery $74.95 This includes bringing your products inside the home to a room of your choice and setting up (exceptions may apply).
Removal Service $25.00 Our delivery team will remove one appliance and or one piece of furniture from the residence. Each until is a $25.00 charge.
Door Swing $50.00 This is a door hinge reversal that can be completed at time of delivery.
Hook up Fee $25.00 We will hook up washer hoses (only if hoses are purchased at our location) and will connect water hose hookup.
Under the Suppliers Request
All damaged products must be reported within 2 business days of delivery and or pick up.
What is needed for a successful claim? Pictures of concealed damage, model and serial number.
Following 30 days of purchase any and or all possible issues must be reported directly to the Customer Service line of each Dealer.
